Practice365 SMS Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 20th 2026
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Practice365 (operated by Logikosoft Technologies LLC), you agree to the following terms.
1. Program description. Practice365 SMS messaging is used to send appointment reminders, billing and payment notices, system or security alerts, and customer support communications to opted-in users.
2. Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Practice365 related to your account. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using Practice365. You may use the full Software and services without opting in to SMS.
3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and the notifications you’ve opted into.
4. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier. Practice365 does not charge for SMS messages beyond the services described in your Order Form.
5. Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
6. Opt-in / re-subscribe. You may opt back in at any time by replying START, or by re-enabling SMS notifications in your account settings.
7. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [support email/phone].
8. Supported carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our [Privacy Policy] for full details on how we handle your information.
10. Changes. We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Continued enrollment in SMS messaging after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
