Q. How to get started?
Once you’ve paid your subscription, we’ll get access to your codebase and setup your dashboard for you to begin submitting your tasks for us complete.
Q. What are your working hours?
We work 12 hours a day 5 days a week, excluding holidays. We can customize to 24/7 production if you require it.
Q. How do I receive completed work?
We create a repository for your projects code and we submit the code to that repository for you to pull and merge. If you need us to deploy to your systems for you, we can do that also.
Q. How does Unlimited Requests work?
You can submit unlimited tasks or requests and we’ll knock them out one by one. The standard package is limited to working on 1 request at a time. If you need multiple things worked on simultaneously we can create a custom package for that.

Q. What if I pause my subscription?
Once you unpause we continue forward on the remaining time you had of your monthly subscription.
For ex. if you used 15 days, we would continue another 15 days once you unpaused and then your subscription would renew for the next month unless you cancelled/paused again.
Q. How quick are tasks completed?
Naturally, that depends on the request.
Some tasks are easy and some are difficult, Nonetheless we aim to complete it as quickly as possible and we give full transparency of that process. We aim to KEEP customers and the only way to do that is to deliver.
Q. Build something within a week?
Just like building a house, there’s certain things you can’t build until other things are completed. You can’t do the wiring until the framing is completed. You can’t put the roof on until the walls are up. The same principle applies. (Thats not how houses are built) It’s just an analogy to convey a point.
Q. Do you have a Referral Program?
Yes, we give every referee $250 on our main subscription EVERY month that the referral remains a customer. We give this for the first 4 years.. That’s $3,000 a year for 4 years!!
Q. How do I submit requests?
On your custom dashboard you just add requests. If you don’t have a Project Manager to create tasks, our project manager will break your business goal down into actionable tasks. Those goals can be comunicated either through chat, email Loom screen recording, or if absolutely necessary, a Zoom meeting.
Q. How is the code quality?
Here is our approach to ensuring code quality.
• Test code on a dev staging server to ensure functionality and compatibility
• Review code with multiple developers to enhance quality, readability, and maintainability.

Q. Do you offer refunds?
We’re not able to refund once work has started however you can cancel your subscription whenever you’d like.

Q. How do we communicate?
We take a multi tiered approached to this.
Some things can be communicated in a chat or email.
Other things require some visual context. In that case we use Loom screen recordings to explain a point verbally with visual context and when necessary we request that for requirements of a task.
Lastly, Zoom meetings Only when absolutely necessary but we try to avoid them to maintain maximum time efficiency.
Q. How do you handle confidentiality?
If necessary, we are happy to sign NDA’s and we can provide an mNDA if you don’t have your own.
Q. How do I know you're even working?
